Contingency sessions are for exeptional circumstances where the client feels the need to book a session outside our daily schedule.  Each contingency session takes 45 minutes.  You can book up to 4 contingency sessions.  Contingency sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, only cancelled. Contingency sessions can only be booked up to 2 hours before the session being held. (up to 4:00 PM BST/GMT). Contingency Sessions are to be held up to 9:00 PM BST/GMT accordingly.
