Cancellation Policy

By submitting the booking form, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a session without providing prior notice (no-show) or cancels with less than 48 hours' notice, the full session fee will be charged. This policy ensures that the therapist's time is respected and allows the opportunity for other clients to book available slots. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Clients are encouraged to communicate any exceptional circumstances as soon as possible. Rescheduling Sessions: Clients who provide at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling will be accommodated based on the therapist's availability. We strive to be flexible and supportive in arranging an alternative session time.
